Rise & Impact Inc. was founded in response to the urgent need for support in underserved communities and vulnerable animal populations throughout Texas. Our journey began with a small group of passionate advocates who recognized that the challenges faced by people and animals are often intertwined. We set out to create a nonprofit organization that would address these interconnected issues through compassionate service and bold advocacy.
